I bought my laptop from hp,product serial no.5CD5323ZQQ,model:HP Pavallion15-AB108AX on 06-03-2016 for rupees 37500/-.
While purchasing, i inquired about warranty and guarantee of the product and i came to know that with laptop i’ll be getting warranty of 1 year.An offer was also there that within 15 days if i register my laptop under premium warranty,i’ll be getting 1 year extra warranty or an ADP(Accidental Damage Protection) coverage.On which i inquired from the seller about the ADP rules,terms and condition etc. then he told me that damages that ever occurs with your laptop accidentaly will be covered under this with zero charges.
So i chose for ADP and registered under premium warranty.
About before 1 month my laptop met with an accident of liquid spillage.By mistake some liquid fell into the laptop.
I called costumer care and reported about not functioning of my laptop, after 4 days a technician came and checked the issue,clicked the snapshots and made a report about liquid spillage over motherboard.
Then i inquired him that will it be covered under ADP and he replied with Yes,then i asked that how many days wiil be needed to repair tgen he told about 7 days, i waited for 7 days and got some calls during 7 days inquiring about it with neutral response.then 10 days passed and i kept inquiring about my laptop and they kept telling me that we need more time.
Then about after 15 days they closed my case saying that liquid spillage is not covered under ADP.
Till that even i was unaware about the ADP’s terms and conditions,then i opened terms and conditions of ADP on internet and came to know that damage occured to my laptop is covered under ADP. Then after 2 days again i registered my complain with a new case no.
At this time they simply told me that we need time and your case is under progress.After 18 days I tweeted to @hpindia about my case and also mentioned the damage then i got a reply from there that your case will be covered under ADP.
On 11-15-16 again i called customer care and inquired about progress then i they told me that higher authority is working on my case and need some more time.
Today at 12:25 pm i got a mail from servicing center saying that they have forwarded my case and will reply me as they get reply from higher authority.
Then at 01:01pm again i got a main saying that my case will not be considered under ADP as damage do not fall under their criteria and simply told me that it will only be done on chargeable price.

During this period of 1 month i faced a lot of problems as i am a student,i was having to submit my project but i didn’t submit because i was having no backup other than my laptop.
Now from 25 of this month i am having my examinations and more than half of my study material is in that laptop.
Everytime i called customer care and asked about my case,they simply told that we need more time.
Today they told me that i’ll have to pay for the service because my damage seems to be intentionally created by me.
They told me that they need proper incident story of incident so that they could properly justify me.
