Complaint regarding Dish TV new connection installation

I have ordered dish tv through through dishtv.in. 24/10/2017 was the date they have given for bringing the product and installation which they have failed. So i contacted the customer care were they told their represntative will call back which never happened. So i contacted the agency mentioned in my email which will be carrying out the installation but they told they dont do dishtv anymore my request number is 1005436198 booking reference number is 612365
