payments not return in account also. customer care not responding. my VC No 01516993620. But till my connection is not active reason no-payments kindly help

I have paid Rs, 483 a Dish T V recharge foe my C. V. 02535735813 via Phone Pe on 23.12.2022,S and laatteron I came to that by mistekenly I Recharge the said amount to my Older V.C,No (01525550645) thai is deactivated since last 2/3 yers.Then I put complaint to dish T.V Customer csre till the querry not soved and I have given 3/4 reminders regarding the same.I request you Plz look in to the matter and Solver my querry to Shift the recharge amount Rs.483 to my Current V.
