I have Dish TV DTH Connection from past 3 years and I faced issues with my connection (Signal not found) on 1st March 2018. I called customer care and raised a complaint and they sent a technician on same day and checked the condition of all hardware and told that the issue is with SETUP Box, and asked me to change and for it they charged 610/- including technician and swap box charges. It was working initially for 2 hours and again the same issue repeateded, again I raised the issue with customer care, the technician came swap the setup box, but with in 10 minutes the problem got repeated. The setup box was swapped almost 6 times till 13th March 2018, but till date no solution has been provided. I am frustrated with the services of Dish TV below are my complaint details.
