Complaint regarding double charge by Uber

I used a Ubergo cab at 1703 hrs on 9th Jan 2017 from HSR layout to Ferns Meadows bangalore and paid the cab driver rs 380 in Cash. On 10th jan 2017 I booked a ubergo cab again for the same trip along with the confirmation of booking I got a message that Rs 380 was pending. I informed the driver who inturn got in touch with Uber bangalore and tried to resolve the issue. But to no avail. I was told to pay the driver and reclaim it back by sending an email to supportbangalore[@]uber.com. I Paid the driver who was very helpful the so called pending fare hoping that I would get it back. Now I find that support email just redirects me to websitre which is agian not in the least helpful. I would request this issue be resolved
