Complaint regarding DTDC courier service

I have couriered some material from humnabad karnataka to durg chattisgarh as it was emergency. from last 3 days our courier has been stuck in raipur none of the company member neither informed us nor called us regarding the issue. now there is no action from there side for deleivering the courier. mine dtdc consignment no. is d34994350.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
