Delay of parcel from courier company DTDC. Value: 1400 rupee is books price + per day study loss which is uncountable. My friend parcel a document and book to Pune on 5 September 2018 to my place from DTDC courier but yet I have not received my parcel. In online tracking it is showing your parcel is out for delivery on 10 September 2018 but yet I didn’t receive my parcel yet. No costumer care and office number is working all are invalid number. I made online complaint on there website but yet no response. I paid to them 300 rupee for 4.6kg and books cost is 1400 rupee and time I missed.
