Complaint regarding duplicate payment through Paytm

I Dr Sunil Vyas had done online recharge of my wife’s mobile no.70xxxxxxxx9 on 24th march twice with 650 rupees but only once 650 rupees recharge was successful, but the money from my account was deducted twice  I.e two times 650 rupees deducted but only 650 rupeees was recharged. According to the paytm website the order was succesful with order no.825207502 but the  recharge has not happened despite writing them five mails  in the last eight days .

So I would request you to look into the matter and take some action against the website.
