Complaint regarding empty parcel from PayTM Mall

Regarding online shopping through paytm mall. Value: 6990. I have ordered samsung galaxy j3 pro from paytm mall. I have received an empty box for that I have complaint to paytm mall and sent all the documents and images they need.But they are not proceeding further. Now I am totally frustrated.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
