Complaint regarding empty parcel from Snapdeal

I ordered JBL T200A and my order ID is 14180599555.I placed this order on 13th July and got the delivery on 16th July and I have got a empty package! I have raised this concern to Snapdeal various time but still no resolution.Please take some serious step against Snapdeal and penalize them.Please arrange a case.I would like to sue Snapdeal and I want the double money back from Snapdeal!I have attached the bill of the order.
