My name is jinesh gandhi and I have placed one order on 14th Apr, 2015 of  “Epson Workforce All in one printer- M200” on snapdeal and its delivery date was 18th Apr, 2015 but still I don’t get my order when I check my order status on snapdeal site my order status still display “Processing”.

When I have inquiry about my order to snapdeal support team they told me that its a mistake (typo graphy). This is 2nd time happend with me so this time I never give up, I want my order any how with same price that I have placed on snapdeal.

Please help me to solve my problem, I have attached confimation order mail from snapdeal.

  2. I had ordered this printer, check Order ID: 578763905. But you cancelled this order and said it was exception and such things wont happen next time. But do remember that you had done the same thing earlier with my Casio Edifice order which I had placed around a month ago and said that you wont repeat such thing in future. You did it again this time.
    Really, how can I just trust you guys. You never care for customer satisfaction. Isnt it?
