Complaint regarding Eureka Forbes aquasure service

I have an aquasure prime water purifier which is under AMC from the company. From 3-6-17 the machine is not working. After repeated calling 3 technicians came and couldn’t fix it. It has been 13 days and nothing has been done from their end for a basic necessity like water.
