This is for Eureka Forbes Aquaguard and RO systems. I would definitely like a valid and logical reason from the service provider – Aqua Force Services as to how filter components such as sediment cartridge, pre carbon filter, membrane, post carbon that was changed by a Eureka forbes service person barely two months ago can go bad in less than two months.

I got the entire service done along with the changed parts on 24-11-2017, invoice no. 1990 for which I was charged Rs.4600 with the assurance that the warranty period for all these parts is one year.

Two days ago ( 25-01-2017) the RO filter did not operate as there was no water inflow in it. The service person today has changed all the components mentioned and charged me again at the same cost advising me to add another additional filter and wondering why the previous service engineer did not advice me to do so. He also assured me that if I took the Annual Maintenance Contract all these expenses would be covered!

I definitely feel that I have been fooled here and taken for a good ride. I do fail to comprehend as to how a filtering unit that I have used without any complains continuously for three years suddenly develops snags. Either the service provider replaced my components with faulty or recycled accessories or the components were not fixed properly. These were of course very swiftly denied by the service person.

I am sorry however I feel the entire process is aimed at increasing the cost to the customer rather than providing qualitative service.

Could Eureka Forbes please provide an explanation? In addition I would request Forbes to allot franchises to well trained service providers
