I have a AMC contract from Eureka Forbes for Aquaguard purifier. But after several complainst no one is coming to resolve the issue since last 45 days. Even whenever i lodge a complaint, there area service provider close that compliant by marking that resolve without even talking to me or visiting the house to know the problem. I have highlighted this non sense to the service department many times, but nothing is happening. Me and my family are forced to drink unfiltered water. Now we have planned to buy a new water purifier. I am looking for some strict action by you against this kind of unethical company. My customer receipt number at Eureka is 1000076504 to check my records there.
