Complaint regarding excess charges by Standard Chartered Bank

I had Availed Credit Card from Standard Chattered Bank, As due to Some medical Emergency i was unable to Pay outstanding as i got a call from bank regarding same as i assured them to Settle by Month End , as again i got call after few days being busy i told them to call me after an hour after this i disconnected , As after few minutes they called me 40 times in span of 2-3 minutes, as in was busy in urgent work i didnt responded then they called my office and informed my boss regarding outstanding , as it was not as per policy to reveal consumer Privacy as i called them next day and they told that my Outstanding is Rs. 24924/- as i cleared all amount of 24925/- to bank , as for confirmation i called Customer care they said that my Account is Zero Now and same will be updated on my Bill on bill date as soon i got the bill but still their was Amount of 629/- was showing , as i mailed to Customer care but didnt get any Response till date as Bank is making me fool and imposing excess charges . I had a request to Help me in the matter as i had already paid more than 10000/- penalty to Bank , as all matter i mailed to Bank but they not given satisfactory answer and lying to me that no call had made by them to my office and the number i mentioned on mail w as not belong to Standard Chartred bank and collection dept . i reconfirmed by calling the same number and i got respond that the number belong to Standard Charterd Bank credit card Collection Department, kindly Help me in matter.
