I have booked über cab service on 21st oct, 2017 in late evening for traveling at 5:45 am on 22nd morning between Hotel to Railway station in Chandigarh. Fare as per the über app shall be between 130-150. I recd call from driver at 5:30 am that he is 10km away and requested us to cancel booking
Since I need ro catch a train I insisted him to come . He came at 5:52 am and we boarded luggage. At 6 :10 we reached station and removed our luggage from cab and Rs. 379deducted from my paytm account . I was shocked as fare told to me was 130-150 and über without my consent charged me excess of Rs.379
Please take necessary action Otherwise they will cheat customer.
