I hereby request your obligation with regard to the problem which i am facing from the subjected vendor. I had given a complaint on my inverter which was not working and taken by exotic by 16.09.15, and after several reminders over phone they replied finally and said that the PCB board has to be replace, and changed the same and brought the inverter in very next day that is on 23.09.15, and just kept the inverter and left away without even checking the same, since i am not at home, my mom only is at home and since she an elderly person, she could not ensure the same. subsequently there was a power cut for 4 days in chennai due to heavy rain and flood, at that time only we come to know the inverter was not serviced or PCB is replaced as the inverter was not at all working. And again I gave a complaint on 07.12.15, when there was network working, and again after several reminders, they sent a technician on 10.12.15, he just took Rs.200/- say that it is for water filling in the battery, I just requested my electrician to check the same, and then only i come to know that, that the inverter was not serviced and there is not too in the battery, for which they took Rs.1800/- for PCB and Rs.200/- for water. when I enquire about this with Ms.Axxxxa-customer care executive, she was replied sarcastically and in a lethargic way, just replied to give a complaint wherver we can.
