Complaint regarding failed BSNL recharges

I recharge my brothers mobile 2 times from the online BSNL protal and both the time amount get deducted from my account but mobile recharge was not successful, ultimately he had to recharge his mobile from store but the deducted amount is till not returned back to my account. Both the recharge was of 339/- rupees each.

And later on i got success recharge mail but still recharge was not successful. even i mailed to the support team(portalhelpdesk[@]bsnl.co.in), but till now they haven’t replied. i have faced similar issues earlier as well but the amount were small so i didn’t enquird much.

But this type of activities make us believe that we should never recharge from any of such portal.

Could you please provide this information to the appropriate authority and do the needful so that they can return my hard earned money back.
