Complaint regarding failed JIO recharge

Sir I have done a recharge of rs.399 in my reliance Jio no.8xxxxxxxx3 And I have done this recharge through my Jio app on 24nov. And made transaction by bhim app upi. And Rs 399 debit from my account but recharge is not done .after that I made a call to Jio care they said that we have not received 399 Rs but I have deduction screen shot which is done through bhim upi .Sir please help me
