Complaint regarding failed JIO recharge through Mobikwik

I did a mobile recharge of ?303 through a e-wallet named mobikwik on 31/03/2017. The amount get deducted from my bank account but recharge is not done. Complaint to the company but their action is not satisfactory as every time they are saying your issue is resolved but the mobile operator saying there is no such recharge done to my number.
