Complaint regarding failed JIO recharge through PayTM

I have recharged for jio 303? via Paytm, money got deducted from my Paytm account, but transaction failed at Jio, so Jio has informed me to check with payment source, when contacted Paytm, initially they responded saying “get confirmation from merchants, that transaction failed”, hence I provided the same to Paytm via email, from past 3-4 days there is no response and also the customer care number provided in their email, is not working
