Complaint regarding failed JIO recharge through Pephone

Sir, I had made payment through pephone app for two recharges for my Jio phones for Rs.509 each on 15/04/2017 the payment was made through my sbi a/c. The payment was successful for both recharges , but it was never received by Jio people. The matter was conveyed to Pephone ,vide complaint no.659580 and they told me by Wednesday 26/04/2017 they will let me know, but they never returned or called me. My payment has neither been realised by Jio nor it was returned to my Sbi a/c.These apps.will definitely fail prime minister endeavour for cashless economy with no accountability. Kindly help me out to return my recharge payments.
