Complaint regarding failed JIO recharge

I have recharged my jio number:8xxxxxxxxxxx8 of Rs 309 via Myjio app. But the process is not completed yet. From my account Rs 309 is deducted but my jio number is not recharged. Kindly refund my money back or I will complaint on higher level.
