Complaint regarding failed recharge of Tatasky through freecharge

On 10 of October2015 I had received massage through tata sky service’s on my TV screen regarding payment due for that month. I had gone through my id 1054349673 to recharge my account through freecharge mobile app. same time while I m recharging massage of technical mistake is shown and recharge was not done.

After same time in my TV screen another massage of payment due reminder of rs 250/- with subscriber id is 1131096172 appears showing your subscriber Id is 1131096172. I had recharged to this id number with rs 250 which was successfully done by free charge app with order id #151010241226040.

Than massage of subscriber id 1131096172 disappeared and again massage of due payment with subscriber id 1054349673 appears on screen. the balance amt rs 250 was not recharged in my tata sky account.and debited from my debit card.

After that on calling tata sky helpline number that is 18602086633 the lady received call commited that the amount rs 250 will be back within 48 hour to your account.

Till 14 october 2015 amount not refunded but again new subscriber id with payment due date massage appears on my tata sky TV screen. I again call same helpline and received an assurance that your complain is lodged and you will receive a confirmation call.

At same day evening nearly 8.45 pm I recieved a call from number 914066006160 from tata sky told that” thay are feeling sorry for that technical mistake but they are not responsible and liable to refund. you had to complain freecharge mobile app helpline and then they will claim refund.

Sir I had tried all the helpline numbers of freecharge mobile app that is bells are ringing continuously on these helpline numbers but no one picked the phone.

Sir tata sky service provider committed his technical mistake due to which I m suffering financial lose. Thay are posting subscriber id of other subscribers on main subscriber id holders tv screen deleting his orignal subscriber id while displying the other. after recharge successfull on that second id the main account holder immidietly recive back his orignal id on his tv screen. parallally freecharge mobile app company also not providing any response of calls after tata sky customer care told me to complain them on there helpline numbers. Kindlly accept my complain and solve my problem as possible please please do the need full to refund my amount back.
