Complaint regarding failed recharge with Ruplee

I am registered with Ruplee. Recently, I tried to make Postpaid recharge on Ruplee twice and both transactions get failed. However, money is deducted from my bank account. PFB the details of the transaction. Both transaction consist of postpaid bill payment of Rs.200 each for Idea. Out of Rs.200, Rs.150 payment is made through Payumoney and Rs.50 is paid from Ruplee credits for both the transactions.

I have tried everything from my end, now I am tired of them. I have tried to call on every number I found on internet, I mailed them on every email id i got but I never heard from them anything yet.
