Complaint regarding failed service from Policy Bazaar

Inspite of paying Rs. 27091 to policy bazaar for renewal on 14th april 2017 have yet not received a cover note nor recipt nor insurance policy. As per the promise given by sales representative on phone was that i will recwive the policy in 10 mins from the payment done online. I agreed since my policy was expiring on 15th april 2017 with underatanding the fact that i will have my policy renewed in time.

Now due to carelessness of policy bazaar my car policy has expired and i will not be able to drive my car and will have to get my car inspected before i can renew my car policy. This is purely cause of the lies and dishonest sales ways of polciy bazaar. I need compensation and apology and refund from policybazaar. Regards
