I have booked a online ticket from RED bus APP on 20th may in morning 4:58 AM then i have made payment of RS 700 for two tickets i have recived a ticket number TJ6K53575234 and in that mail one contact number mentioned which was switch off then i have tried to call on RED bus call center where divakar agent told me to wait till 6:55 at dhaula kua so i have aksed him to exact borading point and he doest have any details about it then i reached to dhaula kuan and waited more than 3 hrs and bus was not arrievd then i have called continuesly for hel at call center but no body helped me and not refunded my money as well till yet so please help to get compensation from this company and refund my money immidietly else i will do a police case against them.
