I am using airtel post paid number 77xxxxxxx3. I have 43 GB data available with my number but for past 6 months they are still charging me for the data usage which i have already paid for. Every month I have to visit airtel gallary and they give me a waiver on that. But starting from the month of May they have stopped processing my waiver. they tell me that they have raised the complaint and ill get the waiver within 48 days but that never happens. when i again go to the gallary they blame on the customer care and tell me to call them. when i call customer care they tell me to go to gallary. They have disconnected my service twice. those amount that they are supposed to remove from my bill, now they have also added 200rs late paytment charges for past 2 moths. This is my primary number hence this is causing serious trouble for me. Kindly help.
