Complaint regarding fake gift offers over phone

On 07/02/2018 a call came in my moblie from a number 98xxxxxxxxx.He told me that my number has been selected for the lucky customers so I have to purchase a product of Rs 3000 and I will receive a gift a Samgung galaxy j7,MI A1 to get this gift I have to do online payment through PAYTM, NETBANKING so I paid the payment on that day using Patym to no 8xxxxxxx1. I received another call from number 011xxxxxxx7 he told me that there another lottery played in which if my name is selected so I will receive RS10 lakh or A car.But I did not received the product and mobile so please help me to catch that fraud man.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
