Complaint regarding fake item from Snapdeal vendor

I had ordered for mac diva and mac russian red lipstics from snapdeal on 4th september seeing huge discount i ordered two lipstics. I have recieved duplicate lipstics…both of them were duplicate..i tried contacting them over phone but they have a pathetic customer care. They dont have any one to talk to customers. Hence i need your help. I am here attcing screenshots of the items i orderd.

Hospital Cash claim rejected by Royal Sundaram: Mr. Ashish Saxena of Indore (Email: monikaakskwr(at)gmail.com) had taken Hospital cash Insurance from Royal Sundaram for him and his wife. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. The Club was later closed down but Ms. Bhaumik did not receive refund of the advance amount. She posted her complaint at ICF on 16-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the Club. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.2,140/-: David Johnson of Gaikata, Kharagpur 721301, West Bengal ordered a casserole from Home Shop 18 on 30.11.2014. The produce sent to him was of lower price. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010
