Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. After pursuing the complaint with Yepme Mr. Seal finally got refund by 06-12-2012.

Non-delivery by Fitnessworld.in – Rs.6499/-: Mr. Sayantan Das of Howrah – 711101, West Bengal (sayantan_sou[@]yahoo.co.in) placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model from fitnessworld.in on 10/11/2014. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company. Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service. However, even after two months, the tablet was not repaired. He posted his complaint at ICF on 14-08-2016 and the matter was taken up with Micromax.
