Before some days paytm announced a promotional offer that a user who will complete registration via missed call on 01204956301 will get Rs 25 free wallet balance. I did same on 22 or 23 march 2016 and got confirmation SMS that the registration is successful. I got another SMS with a link and PROMO CODE “FREE25” to set password and use above PROMO CODE to get free wallet balance. I clicked that link but PayTM said link expired, request for new link. After that I set my password via forget password link and tried to use given PROMO CODE on the same day but PayTM showed a notification that PROMO CODE expired.

I registered a complain for that on 24 march 2016 by sending email and I got response to update my profile with email id to use given PROMO CODE. so I updated my profile but even after that I was not able to use PROMO CODE. I revert back to PayTM about the problem again. PayTM asked me to send screenshot of error message, screenshot of SMS that I got after registration. I did all this. now PayTM saying that PROMOCODE is expired in 2015 and I am not eligible.

I asked PayTM that if promo code was expired then why they sent me expired promo code and if i was not eligible then why they asked me to update profile or asked me to send screenshot and all that. now PayTM not giving me proper response. I contacted to PayTM 10 times by email but they are saying their own words without analysing my actual problem.

Please resolve my issue.
