Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com:
Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji.
Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235. He subsequently cancelled his Spicejet tickets on 24-12-2014 due to operational issues of Spicejet. Refund from Jabong – Rs.1208/- : Ms. Pinky Das, Kolkata ordered products from Jabong of Rs. 1208/- on 16th August 2015 Order number 160816185908143 by using my credit card via Paytm Gateway. Due to delay of delivery, the order was cancelleded. Jabong said they have initiated the refund on 21st August 2016 and their transfer is successful and the refund was done to Paytm. Refund from Shoper.in – Rs.3,256/-: Ms. Reena Panchal of Thane, Maharashtra placed order # SHOPER1021 with Shoper.in. She made payment through EBS which was confirmed by email from EBS dt.09-03-2017. The customer however did not receive the product and there was no response from Shoper.in to the customer’s email. Ms. Panchal posted her complaint at ICF on 20-03-2017 and the matter was taken up the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Ms. Panchal got her money back by 01-04-2017.
