I purchased a “Sennheiser CX 180 STREET II IN-EAR-CANALPHONE “(2 year Warranty) of order from Flipkart on DEC-12-2015 and since Jul-1-2016 its not working. So Jul -4-2016 I went to service centre of sennheiser (102A,First Floor,Time Tower,Sec-28,M.G. Road Gurgaon) And the service centre representative told me that its not their product. They showed me the Original one which was different from mine. So after that I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding this issue with complaint no.IN1607041308367594281 to which they replied me that since its over 10 days, so they can’t replace it. Next day I put my post on Facebook page of flipkart mentioning about my bad shopping experience from their website. Since its responsibility of flipkart to sell genuine products and they also boast about their product genuiness in their T.V ads as well. So, this case does not come under 10 days Return policy as its their fault not mine. I bought it with a trust that Flipkart will sell only original products but it came out to be fake. After this replied that they will contact me. They did contacted me after somedays and Instructed me to go again to snehishsher service centre and ask them for a written statement that its not their product. So,I went again to service centre of sennheiser and asked them for a written statement but they refused to do so and said that they can’t help in anyway on this matter. So,I replied to flipkart about the incident. But since then they didn’t replied back it feels like they don’t even care how much my time got wasted because of their Duplicate Product. Sir,I don’t want to waste anymore of my time on this. And although they were of just Rs.850, but since I am student it matters a lot to me.
