Complaint regarding false billing by Tikona

We submitted disconnection request on May 11 2015 to Tikona when moving out of old house. (Have all email proofs). Even connection being prepaid, they generated bills for two more months and connection was not disconnected even after repeatedly conveying them same over phone and email.Then suddenly we received call from Tis Hazari court that legal case is submitted and it will have impact on cibil score. we had to go ahead and pay this unjustified and unreasonable demand due to false legal interpretations. On top of it, they activated the account again. This service provider has really have taken our mental peace alongwith financial loss we had to bear. Please look into the matter and provide us the justice.
