I am residing at the address as mentioned. I bought reliance pro datacard from a reliance dealer. The dealer delivered the product to my house. My issue is the plan he said to me was 700rs per month with 14gb anytime usage per month. But I received the first month bill for 799rs 7gb day 7gb night plan per month. So i asked the dealer regarding this issue, he said that i will get 100rs discount in the bill but I didn’t get any discount. From that day I have been calling him but he is not responding to my calls. Now I received the second month bill with the same plan. At last he attended my call today. Now he is saying that the plan has changed and he can’t do anything regarding this issue. If that’s the case he should have given me proper answer when I called but he didn’t. I tried to make a complaint to reliance customer service but they are not accepting my complaint. My datacard NO is 9380104759. So i request to take immediate action against the cheating dealer. Thank you
