I have booked a hotel in Goa for my last Christmas vacations from 24th Dec 2015 to 26th Dec 2015. Booking ID – HTL4WVWXFB and received booking confirmation message as well.

When I reach hotel with my family, hotel denied the booking and said that they dont accept any such booking. I immediately logged a complaint with GoIbibo customer care (Complaint # – 1120794). GoIbibo said they will quickly resolve that but in next 2 hours they were not able to do anything and I continuously stayed out of the hotel with my wife and 5 year old daughter.

With night approaching and with no hope from GoIbibo on issue resolution I talked to hotel again and they agreed to give my a room for Rs 5000 a day. With no option in hand I have to agree for that booking. (bills attached).

Now due to GoIbibo fault I have to expense around Rs. 10000 extra money for hotel stay.

When I complain, GoIbibo, they refuse to compensate for the extra expense I have to pay.

I want to take action against them, as that was a harassment which I face that day:
1. I lost the whole evening, which we have planed for our first day of vacation.
2. I, my wife and daughter have to stay out of hotel for hours, while GoIbibo could not resolve the issue with Hotel guys
3. I have to pay extra amount for accommodation, which we never planned

Overall, that ruined the whole vacation we have planned and gave a bitter experience. I want GoIBibo to compensate for that.
