My Airtel DTH no 3004744589 was given offer by Airtel executive on 27 Dec 2015 that if I recharge with rs.415/- , my Airtel service will be restarted with no additional charge and will be valid for 3 months I.e. up to 29 mar 2016. after giving 1 month service, they suspended my service after 31 Jan 2016. on enquiring from Airtel DTH customer care, I was informed that a n additional recharge is required of rs.100/- for reactivation of service. because my balance has been deducted as PTC channel was active on my DTH which is not the part of this offer. I was not informed about the channel list in this offer. on losing signal, I managed for a signal rectifier which cost me rs.300/-. but all in vain. request your forum to enter in to the matter for customer help. thank you
