I booked 2 watches from pick a deal website it’s was an offer of buy one and get one. The pictures where shown is of the original one, but when I received the product it was duplicate. There is no option of refund. And not able to call on their customer service number. I paid total of 900 rupees. The attached pics of the duplicate watches I got. And 2 snap is of the watches they showed in the site. Please look into it and do the needful.

I booked two watches from pick a deal web site itsan offer that buy one get one the picture was shown an original and they had delivered rake products, after many follow ups they hasld send a mail that provide bank details to refund i had send the detauls till nw there is no refund from them
