Complaint regarding faulty Ambrance from snapdeal

I have bought Ambrance P 1111 10000 from Snapdeal on 2 Feb 2016. it delivered to me on 7th Feb. After 8 days it stopped working.i called to Snap deal.The support Executive from Snapdeal Pallavi given me some no of Ambrane Customer Support and instruct me to call on these.i have tried many times on these numbers but nobody have accepted the call.Again i tried to snapdeal This time Kavita admit my complaint but said she can’t provide me any solution as her company providing only 7 days return back. Please do needful.
