Complaint regarding faulty Aquaguard

I bought a Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquagaurd Magna, UV+, about 6 months ago. It was costing around Rs. 13000. The device does not work. Every now and then, it shuts down on its own. or stops purifying water, blinks red LED.

Everytime we have to launch a complain and their customer service is pathetic to say the least. When a complaint is launched, their technician does not show up until the next day, we had to rely on water bottles. It is not healthy to switch water. If that was the case, why should someone even buy it.

All matters to Eureka Forbes that they have sold their product, and then the customers does not matter to them.

Therefore, I want to get refund on this pathetic and useless product of them. I’ll see this through the very end.
