I have bought Lenovo K5 note phone on 2nd Nov, 2016 which was delivered to me on 07 Nov, 2016. On day one itself, i started facing issue wherein processes was getting stopped and anariod.com.process.phone message was coming. Apart from that the camera quality as well as battery heating was having issue. When i placed the return request, the Flipkart executive told to factory reset the phone and update the application. After doing the same, still i was facing the issue. Again after complaining, the executive told to download one app to check the heating issue.But same also failed. At third time again one executive told to download smart check app and test the same which i rejected and insisted to return and refund the amount. If the product is working so badly in day one, I can’t imagine to use the same. Also, even flipkart is playing with time. Now they have informed unless and until i should not download the app they will not take the return. Its totally bad and flipkart sells defective product.
