Complaint regarding faulty new Kenstar AC from Amazon

I booked Kenstar split AC1.5 ton KSM55WN1 through Amazon. On 23/4/2016, engineer installed new split AC.SINCE Installation , it started showing E6 & stopped cooling.They sent other engineers but these first tried to fill some gas in outdoor unit while I was outside in market. Later they said they will be replacing some parts inside machine.

Why should I take faulty piece? Amazon ,Kenstar,Vgmail,Area Managers Exxxxxx,Nxxxxxx,Txxxxxx all were contacted telephonically ,email whichever possible. BUT ALL ARE CHEATING.

Amazon asking to get “dead on arrival”certificate from Kenstar. Kenstar 24 hr customer refusing to issue it. Instead they want trial & error replacing parts, filling gas etc other modes used for old AC. I am cardiac patient & this stress is horrible experience for me. REFUND AMOUNT HAS BEEN ASKED. I DO NOT WANT THIS FAULTY PIECE.
