I have purchased a mobile(i.e One plus two-64GB model) from Ebay vide paisapay id 42271421236 for Rs22,000/- .The mobile was despatched by seller based at Hyderabad. Post receipt of mobile ,we observed that the mobile is getting heated up immediately while connected for charging. Hence we have raised a complaint to return the product to Ebay . However both Ebay and seller have not responded for my email dated 12th april as well as 18th april2016.Seller has switched off his mobile too. Post my online query, Ebay responded that the mobile is under six month warranty hence our claim cannot be processed and settle the issue amicably with seller. Seller is neither responding to my calls nor to my emails. As a online market place, ebay has responsibility of selecting the proper seller. When seller is not responding, the ebay has the moral responsibility to help the customer to get the right product. Reckles behavior of ebay and seller has left us stranded in between.

In view of the above, I sincerely request the forum to instruct ebay to take back the faulty product and return the money back to us .
