Complaint regarding faulty product from bookmyoffer

I have ordered a Samsung evo micro SD card 64 gb class 10 from I received a duplicate cheap quality faulty memory card from them. I have complained to their customer service but they are not listening to me. I have sent email also but they are saying that my device is having fault. But my device is perfect. I have seen many people complaining about this company on Facebook and YouTube and twitter. So take some necessary steps to stop this site from cheating customers. I want to do a legal case of cheating by this company. Please help me out to get my money back. Thank you
