I had ordered F&D speakers from snapdeal (order no. 125245266400) on 26 march 2016. It was delivered to me on 4 april 2016. But the product was faulty, it had some power issues. I raised a complaint very next day with snapdeal and I asked for a replacement for the product. Snapdeal was not ready to give a pick-up service as according to them pick-up service was not available in my area. But I think if delivery is availavle then pickup should be very well available. Left with no other option i had to send the product myself on the address given by snapdeal. I did this through DTDC couriers on 13 april 2016 ( consignment no. D28166958) . DTDC attempted a delivery to the given address within one week but according to them the address given by snapdeal was invalid. I again called up snapdeal customer care and asked for the address where I am supposed to send the product. They again gave me the same address. After this, DTDC again attempted delivery at the given address two more times..but the address was invalid.
Whenever I call up snapdeal customer care, the only reply which I get is that they will give me a feedback on this within 48 hrs. God knows when these 48 hrs will be over. I have never got any call back or any mail from snapdeal on this issue. Its been more than a month and still they are not ready to give me the right address, where I can send the product. All I get to hear from snapdeal is that they will mail me the address in next 24 or 48 hrs.
