I purchased Swipe Elite Plus to be delivered on 21st Sept’16 was delivered a week later. i found the phone to be faulty in second week. The software was buggy and icon gets deleted.

I submitted for Repair on 17th Oct’16. While it took two months to deliver the phone, i have written in interim to refund the amount and close the matter. There was no point in submitting the phone to service center when the practice to stretch the matter for months and changing hardware and added problems crops up in a few days.
Now the battery is draining very fast even when the phone is not being used. The touch has also gone now and it gets hard to access features with terribly uncertain & sluggish touch response.

I have not been able to use the phone practically at all. I seek intervention of customer grievance cell as the phone is of no use and has just been a piece of hardware lying with me.
