I had purchaced a tata sky set top box from khoshla electronocs from behala on 3rd july,2016 and it had been installed on 5th july,2016. During 12 days, it was running ok. But the set top box was not working from 16th july,2016 onwards. I also lodged a complain to their registered call center for replacing the faulty set top box as new one. But They are not ready to do the same and they are continuasly forcing me to take a old serviced/ repaired good conditioned set top box. I request you to help me regarding this.
