Complaint regarding Flipkart delivery issues

hello, my complaint is against the flipkart delivery service they didn’t delivered any products on my address . no one call me to pickup the product after delay i called at flipkart customer service but they wasted my time ( approx. 1:20 hrs. ) and cut the call during conversation . i have lossed 1710 rs. nd 4 days due to delay in delivery . Today’s Flipkart Cancelled My order Without Delivered It . i want to delivery my products at home or nearly or pay my loss of time and money .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
