Complaint regarding flipkart not delivering product

I have ordered a Bean bag from on Oct 11 2018 and I have paid an amount of Rs. 1599 for the same. But the product is not delivered as yet. I have requested for the cancelation since it is not delivered. But Flipkart has neither canceled nor refunded the amount. Every time when I call the customer care, they ask me to wait 2 to 3 days. It’s already been nearly 1 month. order ID : OD113601843737968000. I hereby request to take necessary action to get my money back.
